Can Diver
Within the first year of living in New Mexico I visited a dispensary on Central Avenue in Albuquerque. An emaciated woman was upside down in a sidewalk garbage can. When she heard me approaching she popped out with sunken eyes and asked me for money. I walked past and didn't respond. The dispensary people informed me they had no public bathroom and directed me to the Chinese restaurant next door. Nasty lady told me I had to buy food. Outside, the junky lady confronted me again for moolah. I ignored and went into the dispensary. When I exited, junky lady was bugging other people. A sigh of relief from me.
